Estimates and quotes

Nothing on this website is a binding quote. Prices, packages and offers shown here are indicative and describe what is ordinarily available.

A price for your move is given after a walkthrough, in writing. The walkthrough is what establishes how much there is to move, what has to be dismantled, what needs protecting, and how access works at both addresses. Until you have that written estimate, no figure on this site is an offer.

Any promotional rate shown on this site is subject to availability, to travel time, and to what the walkthrough finds.

The moving contract itself

The terms that govern an actual move are the ones in your written estimate and order for service, together with any accompanying documents provided before the work begins. Where anything on this website appears to conflict with those documents, those documents apply.

Using this website

You may read this site, print the moving checklist for your own use, and get in touch with us through it. You may not copy the site or its contents for commercial use, scrape it, interfere with how it works, or attempt to gain access to any part of it that is not public.

You agree not to submit anything through the form that is false, that impersonates someone else, or that is unlawful.

Content and ownership

The text, layout, design and photography on this site belong to their respective owners and are protected by copyright. The Paulista Moving name and logo belong to the company and may not be used without permission.

Accuracy

We take care to keep the information on this site correct and current. Even so, it is written in general terms and is not advice about your particular move. Service coverage, availability and pricing change, and the position on the day of your enquiry is the one that applies.

This section is about the website. It does not limit our responsibilities under a moving contract, which are set out in the documents for that job.

If you submit the estimate form and tick the consent box, you are asking us to contact you about your moving request. We will use the phone number and email address you gave us to do that. You can tell us to stop at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the courts of Massachusetts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the top.
