What we collect

The only place this website collects personal information is the estimate form. When you complete and submit it, we receive the details you typed in.

• The city and state you are moving from

• Anything you wrote in the message field

Information collected automatically

If you arrive from an advertisement or a link on another website, the address you arrive on may carry campaign parameters. We store those for the length of your visit, in your own browser, and send them along with your enquiry so we know which campaign it came from.

This covers the campaign parameters in the link, the first page of our site you landed on, and the website that referred you. It does not include your name, your location, or any browsing you do outside this website.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server records, such as the request time and a general region, for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, arrange your walkthrough, prepare your estimate and carry out the move if you go ahead. We also use it to keep our own records of work quoted and completed.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is delivered into the customer management system we use to run the business, and that provider processes it on our behalf under their own contractual obligations. Beyond that, we share personal information only where we are required to by law, or where it is necessary to carry out the move you have asked for.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The campaign parameters described above are held in your browser session storage and are cleared when you close the tab.

If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, this page will be updated before they go live.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond, to complete the work, and to meet our record keeping and tax obligations. After that, we delete them or put them beyond use.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.

Write to the email address or the postal address at the bottom of this page and tell us what you would like us to do. We will confirm when it is done.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we ask that you do not send sensitive information such as financial details through the form.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging a move. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.
