Six stages, from four weeks out to the week after the truck leaves. Print it, tick it off, ignore the parts that do not apply to you.
4 Weeks Before
This is the window where decisions are cheap. Everything you sort now is something nobody has to carry later.
2 Weeks Before
Admin week. Most of this is phone calls and forms, and all of it is worse if it slips.
1 Week Before
Packing moves from optional to urgent. Label as you go, by room, on the side of the carton rather than the top.
The Day Before
Short list, and worth doing properly. Tomorrow runs on what you finish tonight.
Moving Day
Your job today is access and answers. The crew handles the rest.
After The Move
Unpacking can wait. These cannot.
